Community Manager is responsible for advocating the brand. As a Community Manager you will have your own social persona and are required to actively go out within the community to connect with potential customers and evangelize about the brand. Community Managers usually deal with those who haven’t heard of the company; so the main focus is to spread awareness and brand-image of for the company.
Job Location: Pune / Bangalore (travelling required)
As a Community Manager you will be required to initiate, facilitate as well as drive various community oriented activities related to marketing of the brand. Creating new sales and engagement channels will be part of the job. You will also be involved in customer feedback, primary and secondary market research. Generating and managing leads from various sources and dealing with potential customers would be important. You would be handling online and offline product campaigns, sales and community engagement overall..
